Our Family

Little Stompers is a family-owned business. Ryan and Louise have 4 children (yes, you read that correctly), they’ve both been Elementary School Teachers, and Louise founded and runs Little Stompers Preschool. Ben has worked with children and been around kids his entire life. Between the 3 of them, you can say they know a lot about kids!

Ryan and Louise met during College when they both interviewed at the same company. They were hired and trained together, and they were both studying to get their Teaching Credentials at the same time. It was uncanny how similar their interests and goals were, and how their paths crossed. Some would say it was fate. They have been married now for 12 years. They have four beautiful children - RJ, Cory, Jalin and Kina.

Ryan and Louise share the same life philosophy, which is that family comes first in every decision they make and how they live their life. Opening Little Stompers has been a dream come true because now they can take what they’ve learned as teachers and parents, and share their learning with the community by offering the kind of shopping experience and children’s products that they’d want for themselves: a store with safe, organic, eco-friendly products that are useful, chic and modern while their children play safely in the store.

Ben is Louise’s brother and also RJ, Cory, Jalin and Kina’s favorite uncle! Ben was in the Pharmaceutical business for 10 years and worked with children during his Summers. With Little Stompers, he is back to doing what gives him the most joy and fulfillment: working with children!
